Headed up by Nick Wadeson, a former UK cocktail champion, our team of multi-award winning mixologists are passionate about cocktails. In fact it borders on obsession! We create numerous infusions ourselves, and we even grow our own organic mint for Mojitos and rhubarb for our famous rhubarb Cosmopolitan.

Our bartenders are hand-picked from the top cocktail bars in the UK, and provide a superior service, with style, panache and always with a big smile.

After running cocktail bars in Paris, Nick Wadeson was responsible for the opening of Hurricane in Manchester, developing an extensive cocktail selection that was listed as one of the top five in the world, by Dale De Groff in the Sunday Telegraph. During this time others awards included the Theme award for best drinks selection and presentation.
